The objective of thsi course is to show how the student of expressive arts therapy requires skill, inspiration and a sensitivity to the sacred, and will provide an opportunity for participants to develop their unique student/artists' abilities to express and create in a therapeutic milieu. Students will be given a working understanding of utilizing several art modaities and will have an overview of the fundamental principles and practices of studio work for arts-based intervention within what can be called a spiritual aesthetic experience.
